It is possible to void warranties if you don't get your carpet professionally cleaned at certain time frames. Also, installing carpet in bathrooms, laundry rooms, and not replacing your carpet cushion can also void your warranties as well. Please ask if you have any questions! Note, we also reserve the right to void your warranty from us if you try not to pay us or things of that nature. This is rare though. If you have any questions, please talk to us!
